In the unlikely event that you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to us for a full refund.
We believe that for you to have the best customer experience, you should not have to pay any handling charge for returns.
So, if you're not happy with your purchase, advise us what you are returning. There are no special conditions or exceptions, all we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging, and packed in a suitable outer carton and an Invoice number.
Goods returned for repair will be assessed and/or repaired within a reasonable time. You may be provided with an estimated repair time, which time may vary due to reasons beyond ours or the repairer's reasonable control, such as part availability and incorrect fault description.
You may be required to pay labour, assessment and/or freight fees, such as where goods are assessed to have been damaged by misuse or accident, or where your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or any manufacturer's warranty do not apply. We may provide you with an indicative fee, which fee may vary due to reasons beyond our control.
A Return with Eurofast:
- Return your purchase for up to 365 days from the purchase date.
- Please contact the customer service team to obtain a Return Authorization number.
- If it's in our catalogue you can return it.
- Products must be in a restockable and resalable condition, including being in the original box and/or packaging.
- Return shipping is FREE, we understand it's not always possible, but would prefer collecting returns at the same time as we make a delivery to you, or when we're next calling into our warehouse.
- Once your return is received and processed in the warehouse, a credit will automatically be applied to your account.
- In the case of a Repair, please contact Customer Service and ask for a repair number before sending the Gas Gun to Eurofast.
- Please note: 365 Free Returns does not apply to any special-order items and does not include a refund of delivery charges, as outlined in our Returns Policy.
